Achille Ouattara is a Burkinabè bassist that fuses funk with traditional rhythms. A self-taught musician from Bobo-Dioulasso, he has collaborated with artists like Cheick Tidiane Seck and Fatoumata Diawara. Since 2013, he has toured internationally with Afrikän Protoköl and co-founded Joy Ministry, a music school and studio.
